TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our goal is to provide quality party needs and services to the community. We try to fulfill this by offering the best prices, with the best customer service, and fast shipping. We do our best to keep our website updated with new information, new products and current prices. At times manufacturers/suppliers change prices and we are obligated to comply. Prices are subject to change without notice in some situations. We do our best to keep all pictures current, but please do keep in mind that all pictures are for reference use only.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment can be done thru credit card on paypal when you check out from the website.
 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

MyParty will charge a flat shipping rate of HK$50 for shipping within HK. Shipping takes 5-7 working days after payment is received. We will send a shipping notification with a tracking number (if applicable) so you can track your package.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the product you received, you have the option for a refund or an exchange of products. We accept returns for most items within 7 days of receipt of products. All returns must be in 100% new condition and in the original packaging. Products that have been used, damaged, have missing elements or have been removed from their original packaging will not be accepted for return. For returns, please send an email to (info@mypartyhk.net). We will then send you a Return Merchandise Authorization through email. Once we receive the returned items, we will issue a refund for the cost of the items you have returned or ship you the replacement goods. Replacement goods should be of equal value to returned products.

Shipping charges for product returns will not be refunded.

INVOICE

An order summary will be emailed to you and a packing list will be included in your shipment.
